Lots of Great Stories by Maria
The S.O.S. File is a great book filled with hilarious stories that students wrote for an extra credit assignment. 

SOS means Save Our Ship, but these SOSs are written about times when the kids needed help.  At the end of this book, there is one file that didn’t get extra credit from the teacher, and no one knows whose it is except for one person.
