Henry’s Freedom Box tells the true story of Henry Brown and his unusual journey on the Underground Railroad. Henry was born into slavery, not even knowing his birthday or age. He lost his mother, brothers, and sisters when his master gave him to his son. While working in the new master’s tobacco factory he met and married Nancy.
