Flush is about this boy who tries to prove his dad to be innocent. 

When the dad finds out that the casino owner is dumping human waste into the bay, he sinks the casino boat. 

There is no evidence of this crime.  So this boy and his sister do everything in their power to save their dad from going back to jail.
